Row header columns: span multiple rows

Is it possible to have a row header column span multiple rows.

For instance: I have a building in which there are multiple rooms:
building A room 1
room 2
building B room 1
room 2
room 3

It looks a bit different after submitting, but Building A and Building B are in the first column, the Room 1 - 3 are in the second column. Each room is a row, Building A is for 3 rows.

In the same way, is it possible to have multiple rows for the column header?
