Changing the headerHeight using javascript

Hi Dan,

I have currently changed the height of the headerHeight in the source code not a problem but I want to be able to do the following:

Once I select a link from the Context menu I want it to make a javascript call then to change the headerHeight so the whole of the event is selectable and moveable.
