How can i have 24 hour timeline on the Y-Axis and resource names on X-Axis

Can i flip the timeline to Y-Axis and have resource names on X-Axis

You will need to use the Calendar control switched to Resources mode:

If you are going to display a lot of resources on the X axis of the calendar, you might want to switch to fixed column width (this option will add a horizontal scrollbar and freeze the calendar headers when scrolling):
