Embedded Resources

Hi there,

We are currently using v4.2 of the DayPilot control and its seems to be using embedded resources for JS and Images. This is causing some performance problems as these resources will not get cached at the browser. Is there any way to turn this off any user external resources?

I've added this option to the spec for the next release (DayPilot Pro 4.9).
