regarding SAAS license

I am planning to buy your javascript SAAS license for $999. It is mentioned on the pricing that I could only use host your code on one server for that price. If I decide to deploy your code on multiple virtual machines (nodes), using a load balancer, is it still considered two servers as opposed to one?

When you need to deploy multiple instances (e.g. for scalability reasons) you'll need to upgrade to a multi-server license (i.e. SaaS Team or SaaS Office).
