It looks like a bug of the row header width auto-fit feature:

You can check your account in the customer area to see what is the latest version you can download:

https://www.daypilot.org/customers/

The initial license comes with 12 months of upgrades - you one of the earlier versions might be enough.

If not, you can renew your subscription directly in the customer area (instead of purchasing the full license).
