Daypilot is creating Empty DIVS on dp.events.update(event) and when expanding/collapsing group resources

Hi,

3 bugs

1º - Group bubble (console error staticHTML null):

When you hover on resource groups, the bubble appears, but also appears tons of console messages saying "staticHTML null" - Image in attach (groupbubblestatichtml.jpg);

2º - When you Expand/Collapse resource groups, daypilot creates empty DIVS, and never clears it (even after dp.update); Image in attach (expading-collapsingresourcegroups.jpg);

3º When you update events with dp.events.update(event), daypilot creates empty DIVS, and never clears it (even after dp.update); Image in attach (eventsupdate-emptydiv.jpg);
