Unfortunately, there are no guidelines on making the Scheduler compliant with WCAG 2.0 at the moment. However, you should be able to meet most of the requirements by using appropriate configuration (e.g. allow increasing event and text size).
The Scheduler can't be controlled using keyboard only at this moment - it relies on mouse pointer or touch events. This is a conceptual problem - the Scheduler is a specific UI control and not all mouse actions can be translated to a keyboard equivalent.
