Asp.net MVC rezor view calender example is not run on my computer

Hi Team,
I am trying to learn about Asp.net MVC rezor view calendar example on the link
http://mvc.daypilot.org/mvc-3-razor-calendar-and-sql-server-tutorial-c-and-vb-net/

But this example is not running on my vs 2010 platform.
Error message is "One or more Project in this solution are not loaded"

Please help me. And give a running example code link.
