Mutliple Selection Count Bug

We downloaded the trial version in order to check if the product suits us. We encountered a bug/error and we are trying to solve it but it did not work.
We are trying to select multiple event in order to delete them and count them but when we select them and hit the button Delete or Count it returns 0 and nothing is deleted.

Can we get help around this problem? or maybe a support?
