Can we add text field in cell by using args.cell.html property.

Technically, yes. But it's not recommended for several reasons:
1. You should keep the cell HTML as small as possible. Adding a lot of content will slow down the Scheduler.
2. The cells are redrawn very often (during scrolling) and you might lose the content if you don't save it automatically.
