TimeHeader fontSize

Is it possible to specify different fontsize (through css or othervise) for different timeheader rows?

Since build 8.1.3485 you can apply custom CSS class to individual time header cells (e.g. depending on the time header level) using BeforeTimeHeaderRender event.
