Fix Header

I'm trying to Fixed header and height of event panel should b adjust according to browser .if event panel height is greater than brower height than automatically show scroll bar means height should not fixed but header should b fixed

how-to asp.net

Please take a look at HeightSpec property, especially Parent100Pct value:
