Is there any way to change the width of the drag handler used when moving rows i the scheduler ?

The drag handle width can be set now using rowDragHandleWidth property (since build 2019.3.4044). The default value is 10 (pixels).
It will be included in the next official release which is scheduled for tomorrow.
