Max Width for rowHeaderWidthAutoFit

It would be great, if a maximum width setting for rowHeaderWidthAutoFit could be implemented. Should be trivial to implement in _autoRowHeaderWidth but I did not want to patch it to stay with the standard distribution of DayPilot.
