Graphical representation of check-in and check-out in the hospitality industry

Hello,
I would like to ask whether DayPilot plans to support graphical representation in the Scheduler similar to what is commonly used in the hospitality and travel industries — specifically, to have the first and last day of a reservation displayed as half of a cell divided diagonally. I am sending an example from another program for reference.

We understand that it is possible to configure cells by hours (e.g., 12-hour segments), but that doesn’t solve our problem. Is such functionality planned in the future? It would greatly simplify the adoption of DayPilot for accommodation-related use cases and eliminate the need to use another framework.

With a couple of tweaks, this should be possible. I will send an example shortly.

Here you can find an example that shows how to customize the built-in free/busy highlighting in the Navigator component to show partial availability:
