How to change width for first column in Timeline-View (DayPilotScheduler)

Hello
I am using the DayPilotScheduler to get a simple Availbility overview for our employees.
The Resourse col is here the Name of our employee, but the col width is to small and the name will cut off.
how can I change the col.width??

Try the RowHeaderWidth property.
