Decoding and finding RecurrenceException.EncodeExceptionDeleted in recurrence field using SQL query.

I am trying to find out if the recurrence field of a record is RecurrenceException.EncodeExceptionDeleted using SQL query.

I look at the website but there is no mention of how to decode the string of the field if it is RecurrenceException.EncodeExceptionDeleted.

Any idea of how to get it done?
