Select multi resources?!?

i want to assign one event for many resources,(vertically expand events) in schedular

In the Lite edition, the Scheduler control is not available.

In the Pro edition, you need to load the event as multiple records if you want to display it in multiple rows (one per row).

Doesn't have a vertical expand as like as horizontally(expand time)?

Unfortunately this isn't supported. The main reason is that this would only allow you to link nearby resources and it wouldn't be a universal solution.
