Place the event on where we drag

Hi Team,
We have a to save the event on where we place the mouse or drag the mouse.

Please check the attached screenshot.
Our need is marked as yellow.

When you click on a grid cell or select a range using drag and drop the Scheduler fires onTimeRangeSelect and onTimeRangeSelected events which you can use to create a new event at that location.
