Bubble for scheduler only works when hovering edges of event

Unfortunately I'm not able to reproduce this issue (IE10, FF, Chrome). What browser are you using?

The bubble should appear when you hover anywhere except of the drag handler areas.

In ie10 it works but not ie9 or chrome

Thanks Viktor. I can see in the video but I'm still not able to reproduce it in Chrome (29.0.1547.66 m) ...

I'm not sure what else could affect this, maybe an extension or zoom set to something else than 100%?

I haven't tried IE9 yet but IE8 seems to be fine as well.

I am running the same version of Chrome.
I tried running in incognito mode(no addons) but still the same.
Ie8 works for me too.
Firefox also works.
So chrome and ie9 are the only ones that doesnt work for me.

And zoom level is normal
