BubbleText Hover

I've noticed that the bubletext tooltip doesn't display until the mouse stops moving. Is there a configuration to show the display the bubbletext tooltip upon hover of an event? I've seen other mentioned the "slowness" of the tooltip which would also be nice to control, but I think part of the slowness is due to waiting until the mouse stops moving on an event.

It's not possible to display the bubble when the mouse cursor is still in move but you can configure the delay it waits (after the cursor stops moving) using showAfter property:

By default it's set to 500 (milliseconds).
