Event Calendar: Select time range that span over two days

Hi Dan,
In the event calendar, it appears you can only select a time range that starts and ends on the same day (e.g. 12:00AM to 12:00AM). However, I'm trying to select a range that spans more than one day (example: 11:00PM to 1:00AM next day) which would span 2 columns in the event calendar. Is this possible?
