Scheduler - Freeze top row (or n rows)

Is it possible to freeze the first resource row in the scheduler control like you can in Excel? Reason: The first resource in my schedule is the "unscheduled" resource....all bookings made are placed in the correct time position on the scheduler but appear in the first row so that the person performing the actual scheduling can drag it down to the actual resource that will perform the work. However, if you have a large number of resources you cannot drag the booking (event) to a resource if it is not visible, ie, off the bottom of the page. Alternatively, does anyone have a work around?
