Get clicked Date for Recurring event

I am sure this has to be possible and is probably pretty simple...

I am trying to get the actual date that is click. I have scheduled a recurring event but when I click on that I can only figure out how to get the start date of that event which is not the actual date I clicked on.

Please help!

Nevermind apparently I am brain dead today :)
