crash on opening ajax toolbox popup extender (IE 10 only)

only in IE 10 (no such issue in previous version of IE and Chrome):

IE crash on TimeRangeSelected opening modal popup extender from ajax Control Toolkit

P.S.: in all other cases (when opening not from the DayPilot Lite) the popup opens
