HeaderLevel no column defined

Hi,

When column headerlevel is set to 2 and no column are defined throw an javascript error with cell.clientwidth cell is undefined

i have a daypilot calendar in a modalpopup an i initialise it only on demand. i reslove it with headerlevel set to 1 and dynamiclly set it to 2, same for viewtype.

i've just seen HeaderHeightAutoFit and the error "Header height can't be adjusted for HeaderLevels > 1 (not implemented yet)."

may be soon ??

we'll buy your control soon it's exactlly what we need but it's will better with header height et width ajustable by level and by column thank
