First Resource column not the Resource name

Hello,

We're looking into using this tool for a customer. One thing I cannot figure out is how to add a column BEFORE the resource name.
Every example I see the first column is the resource name. And after this you can extra columns.

But I want to add a column before the Resource name (room name).

How can this be done?
