Resource Bubble no longer working

Upgraded to 8.4.3622 and the resource bubble is no longer showing. the Scheduler has its ResourceBubbleID is set to the the Bubble. There is a OnRenderResourceBubble event, but it doesn't fire when hovering over a resource

I confirm the bug. It's already fixed in the latest sandbox build (8.4.3627):

There will be a new release available shortly.
