Angular 4+, onRectangleEventSelect

Hi
Is it possible to have onRectangleEventSelect + multiSelectRectangle: 'Row' and do selections on events instead of selections snapping to cellDuration, I noticed that when using "Free" selections snaps to events.
I noted this in one of the release notes:
[Scheduler] Rectangle event selecting can be started on events (Scheduler). (build 1575)
That was only for Free selections then ?
