Image in event will trigger the EventMove event

Wenn i place an image (PNG)in an event and then put my mouse over the image i can move the event.
Is there a way to disable this behavior.

Also wenn i move the event using the image it won't stop moving wenn releasing the mousebutton you have to click the mousebutton again.
