Does the license allow to use daypilot pro demo version for the real project?
The trial version is good for testing and evaluation. If you want to use it in your application, you will need a full license (the “Web” edition in case of an internal application). See also the details and options at the Buy page.
There is also an open-source version (with a smaller feature set) which is free.

Are there any restrictions for small local use? Not for customers, just locally.
