Build a resource utilization row for .net webforms version

is there a way to add a header row on top of resources for the .net webforms version that could work as a utilization indication per day as in here —> https://doc.daypilot.org/scheduler/resource-utilization/

OR it could be used as a business calendar indication

Unfortunately, this feature is not supported in the WebForms version.
