All Day Event with Calendar Week View and WeekStart with Monday

With Daypilot pro version 7.7. i am having an issue because my application use Monday as first day of week in calendar week view. Issue is when i set monday as first day(WeekStarts), all of my "all day events" are rendered one day ahead. like if i schedule an all day event on tuesday so it will appear on wednesday in calendar while showing the correct date in bubble. I am having this issue with CssOnly=True mode.

This issue is fixed now in 7.7. SP2 release:
