How can I get the Scheduler to show that my event is longer than displayed in the current view?

I am using businesstimes in the Scheduler(displaying 8:00 to 18:00).
Sometimes the start or end of events are outside the business times. I would like to some how get this visible in the scheduler.

It looks a bit like the floating events feature, but floating events works only if you scroll the event out of view and also floating events only shows it for the starting time.
