Input string is not in the correct format error on Samsung Galaxy Note device

We have a web application that uses DayPilot to display a 1, 3 or 7 day view with the hours along the side. In this view there will be calls that the user can click on to take them to another page. This works fine on most devices; pc, iPhone, tablet & most android phone. However, the Samsung Galaxy Note (8, 9 & 10) give the error - input string is not in the correct format. These phones are running Android v 9.0

Has this been reported already? Is there a solution?

Can you please post the full exceptions stack trace?

Also, which version of DayPilot do you use?
