Display public holidays from date given

Suppose there is a national public holiday on 15th August every year. So if a user surfs for any of the year in the calendar suppose 2018, it should show holiday for 15th august. Likewise any year. Can you give me the method for it. ?

It's necessary to specify the holidays using full date, i.e. you need to specify it for all years that are applicable.
