We have an issue in the DayPilot Scheduler when using Infinite Scrolling on iOS devices:
When scrolling on the time axis, the viewport sometimes jumps back to the current date / the starting date. We can reproduce this on the Infinite Scrolling demo on the website, however it is much more pronounced in our app, likely due to a much shorter initial timespan.
It seems to be due to the scroll inertia on iOS devices: The device seems to be still scrolling while reaching the end of the initial time period. When the load is triggered, it is then triggered for the initial period, resetting the current position back to that date.
We have attached a short screen recording of this happening on the demo website. (iPhone 12 mini, iOS 18.5, Safari)
Our clients experience the same issue on other iOS devices.
Is there any way this can be fixed?
