Issue with Cell Border Selection and Event Handling

Currently, when selecting a cell, it is possible to select the cell border and trigger an event.

• If this behavior is unintended, it should be treated as a bug.

• If it is intended, we need guidance on how to disable border selection while still allowing normal cell selection.

Expected Behavior:

• Cell selection should not trigger events via border clicks unless explicitly intended.
