events zigzag instead of stack when end time equals the start time of another event

I was wondering if it was possible to get the events to line up like:

event 1 - 12-3

event 2 - 3-4

right now, they look like this:

event 1 - 12-3

event 2 - 3-4

How can I get event 1 ending at3 and event 2 starting at3 to stack on top of each other?

Ok, it did not save right. The events look like this now:

event 1................

...............event 2

Do you mean, so that when you move one item you move the whole stack in that column? If so I (almost) have the answer!!!

Hi - if it's moving the whole stack (with the option of moving them one at a time also) then I've got it - a lot of code though - let me know if I can help.
