change color of the Insert/Update/Cancel links at the bottom of the popup

I am wondering how to change the color of the Insert/Update/Cancel links at the bottom of the modal extender popup. My webpage background is blue, so when I am revisiting these links, they are blue and I can't see them against the blue background.
