What program should i use for the codes?

I am a beginner and i wanted to know what program should i use to di this program.

In order to run the project, you'll need PHP, a webserver and a MySQL database server. A decent knowledge of JavaScript is also necessary if you want to customize the project.

If you are a complete beginner, I recommend going through some tutorials and getting some experience before you dig into the code. The tutorial assumes that you are already familiar with the technologies used there.
