How to block (and show) a complete day

HI!

I would like to block a whole day accros several resources in scheduler. I am just doing this by adding an event for the blocked day to each resource. But doing so adds a text to each row/resource, too.

It would be great if I can block a whole day and display the (event?) text in the center (of the resources/view).

Unfortunately it is not possible to draw a single rectangle over multiple cells at the moment.

Another option might be to use onBeforeCellRender to use a different color for forbidden cells + use onEventMoving, onEventResizing and onTimeRangeSelecting to block access to these cells during drag and drop operations.
