External drag and drop to another grid is not working for Mobile devices

Dear colleagues,

This is a rather important issue for our company. We've implemented drag and drop from one schedule grid to another. Everything works well, but not in IPad and other mobile devices. We cannot move any event out of a grid (looks like if there would not be set property dragOutAllowed - it goes to to the border and leaves there).

We are using version 8.4.2954, the application is implemented with AngularJS 1.5.8.

Is it a known issue? Could you please help?
