How do I create an event using client side Javascript

I have written a page using the ASP.Net databinding solution, but now need to "enhance the client experience" so have been looking into creating event client side using JScript. The AJAX example appears to do this. Could anyone please show me how this is done. Many Thanks, Mark

I would also recommend exploring the source of the demo (www.daypilot.org/demo/Calendar/). It's available in the DayPilot package (both trial and full version) in Demo/Calendar/Default.aspx.
